Hello, if you are using SQL2000 database, please check whether your database has been enabled. If you are using SQL2005/2008 database, please check whether the IP address of the database is the same as the IP address of the computer. Furthermore, if there is a "/" symbol in your database server name, it means that the database installation path is not in the root directory.
In this case, please copy the database name directly to the "Server Address" of the "Server Connection Settings" of the software. If not above, please check whether the IP address of the connected database is wrong, and whether it is in the same network segment as the IP address of the machine. If it is a different network segment, please change the network segment of the IP address of the machine to the same network segment as the connected database.
